Dylan Ferrandis Takes Dominant Victory at RedBud

Monster Energy Star Yamaha Racing Team’s Dylan Ferrandis put on a masterclass performance to take dominant wins in both motos and notch his first overall win this season in the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross 250MX Championship at the RedBud National in Buchanan, Michigan, on July 6. Joining him on the podium was teammate Justin Cooper who scored a 3-6 tally to take third overall. Rookie Ty Masterpool scored his best overall finish in sixth (4-11) followed by Colt Nichols in seventh (11-5). The fifth member of the squad Mitchell Oldenburg took 14th overall with a 15-13 score.

Monster Energy Star Yamaha Racing Team’s Dylan Ferrandis and Justin Cooper collected second and third respectively as they conquered an incredibly demanding and rough track at The Wick 338 in Southwick, Massachusetts for the sixth round of the Pro Motocross Championship. As the series hit the halfway point the duo continued to collect valuable points in the championship standings with Cooper sitting second and Ferrandis third. Teammate Colt Nichols started the day strong, helping him earn eighth overall. Ty Masterpool had a great first moto run to earn his best finish of the season in 12th, while Mitchell Oldenburg was 16th overall.
Justin Cooper Scores First Overall Win, Dylan Ferrandis Second At Inaugural Florida National

It was a Monster Energy Star Yamaha Racing Team 1-2 finish at the Florida National at the WW Ranch Motocross Park in Jacksonville, Florida, on June 22, with Justin Cooper taking his first overall victory and his teammate Dylan Ferrandis joining him on the podium after scoring the win in the second moto. The challenging conditions in the punishing Florida heat took their toll on the sport’s best motocross racers, but Colt Nichols was able to manage seventh overall. Rookie Ty Masterpool finished 15th, with Mitchell Oldenburg 16th in just his second race back.
Monster Energy Star Yamaha Racing’s Dylan Ferrandis Narrowly Misses Overall Podium at High Point

Monster Energy Star Yamaha Racing Team’s Dylan Ferrandis made the most of a choppy and tricky track to finish just off the podium in fourth overall with a 3-4 moto score at High Point Raceway in Mt. Morris, Pennsylvania. He just bested teammate Colt Nichols who settled for a 5-5 to take fifth overall after claiming the team’s seventh holeshot in eighth motos. Justin Cooper collected the team’s sixth holeshot in Moto 1 on the way to a 6-9 for ninth overall. In his return after recovering from injury suffered at the final round of the supercross season, Mitchell Oldenburg showed speed in Moto 1 and claimed 15th overall with a 10-19 moto score. Rookie Ty Masterpool scored points with 19th overall (19-18).
Monster Energy Star Yamaha Racing’s Cooper Claims Third-Straight Podium Under Varying Conditions in Colorado

Monster Energy Star Yamaha Racing’s Justin Cooper grabbed his third-consecutive second-place finish of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Season at the mile-high stop in Lakewood, Colorado, on Saturday, June 1. The opening moto at Thunder Valley MX Park started dry, but eventually was red-flagged for lightning in the area. Cooper took the win in the shortened Moto 1, but settled for second in Moto 2 and collected the runner-up spot at Round 3. Teammates Dylan Ferrandis and Colt Nichols were also in the mix, finishing fourth and sixth overall, respectively, with rookie Ty Masterpool crossing the line in 13th. The team has been able to put the power to the ground at the start and has now earned five out of the six holeshots this season.

Monster Energy Star Yamaha Racing Team’s Justin Cooper claimed another moto win on his way to second overall at the return of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Series to Fox Raceway in Pala, California. His teammate Dylan Ferrandis ended the day third, keeping the team’s double-podium streak alive at round two of the season.
