Cooper Wraps Up Season with Hangtown Sweep
12 September 2021 Monster Energy Star Yamaha Racing’s Justin Cooper did exactly what he needed to do to have a chance at the championship, going 1-1 for the first time this season and claiming the final Lucas Oil Pro Motocross 250MX overall win. While it wasn’t enough to claim the title, Cooper was able to walk away with his head held high, putting in a heartfelt effort as he stood on the podium at each and every round this season. Rookie Levi Kitchen claimed his third top-10 finish of the year, rounding out the day ninth overall with a 6-12 moto score. Jarrett Frye was close to joining his teammate in the top-10, ultimately scoring 11th on his 9-10 moto results.

Cooper Returns to the Podium at Fox Raceway
05 September 2021 Monster Energy Star Yamaha Racing’s Justin Cooper rebounded from a tough first moto to finish second in Moto 2 and kept his podium streak rolling with a third overall finish at yesterday’s Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Fox Raceway National II. The team’s young and up-and-coming riders Levi Kitchen and Jarrett Frye, had a solid result in the challenging conditions, ending the day ninth and 12th, respectively.

Cooper Scores Podium Finish at Tough Ironman National
29 August 2021 Monster Energy Star Yamaha Racing’s Justin Cooper kept his perfect overall podium record in the 2021 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross 250MX Championship, finishing third overall in challenging conditions at yesterday’s Ironman National. Jarrett Frye rebounded from a crash early in the first moto to end the day 12th overall, and rookie Levi Kitchen finished 16th overall despite having to withdraw from the second moto. Unfortunately, Jeremy Martin’s day ended early after a crash in Moto 1 while battling up front.

Martin Triumphs in Moto 2 for Overall Win at Budds Creek
22 August 2021 Monster Energy Star Yamaha Racing’s Jeremy Martin dominated the second moto at yesterday’s Budds Creek National to secure his third Lucas Oil Pro Motocross 250MX overall victory of the season. Justin Cooper dominated the first moto and finished fourth in Moto 2 to keep his podium streak rolling with third overall. The team’s young guns continued to make progress in the challenging conditions, with Jarrett Frye ending the day 12th overall and rookie Levi Kitchen in 16th.

Double Podium for Monster Energy Star Yamaha Racing 250 Team at Unadilla
15 August 2021 Monster Energy Star Yamaha Racing’s Justin Cooper took the 250MX Moto 1 win in front of the home crowd at yesterday’s Unadilla National but ultimately finished second overall after a tough second moto in fourth. His clutch performance in the challenging conditions at the iconic track in New Berlin, New York, kept his place atop the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross 250 class standings. Jeremy Martin finished third overall with a 3-2 result. The team’s up-and-coming riders, Levi Kitchen and Jarrett Frye had a good outing, ending the day eighth and ninth overall, respectively.

Monster Energy Star Yamaha Racing Re-Signs Martin
11 August 2021 Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. is pleased to announce that Jeremy Martin will return with the Monster Energy Star Yamaha Racing team for the 2022 Monster Energy AMA Supercross and Lucas Oil Pro Motocross season. The two-time 250MX Champion returned to the team this season and has shown strength as a title contender and a lot of perseverance coming back from injuries. He is currently riding the wave of back-to-back overall victories in the 250 class and looks to keep building on his success with the team.
