Tomac Maintains Championship Lead at the Penultimate Round
28 August 2022 Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Eli Tomac will take the 450MX red plate and a one-point lead into next weekend’s Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship season finale after finishing 1-2 for second overall at Ironman Raceway. The rutted and technical track was very demanding, but Christian Craig was up for the challenge, collecting his sixth top-five finish of the season (5-5). Dylan Ferrandis sat out the race at Ironman to focus on his recovery from injuries sustained at the previous round.

Tomac Retakes Championship Lead at Budds Creek
21 August 2022 Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Eli Tomac took back the red plate at the Budds Creek Motocross Park, collecting a season-high 11th moto win on the way to second overall (1-5). The Coloradan now has a one-point advantage in the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross 450MX Championship heading into the final two races of the season. Teammate Christian Craig enjoyed a solid day with sixth overall (5-7), while Dylan Ferrandis’ day started well with a sixth in Moto 1 only to be cut short in Moto 2 after a collision with another rider, scoring him 13th overall (6-36).

Tomac Earns Hard-Fought Runner-Up at Unadilla
14 August 2022 Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Eli Tomac took home a runner-up finish with a pair of second-place finishes on a daunting track at Unadilla in New Berlin, New York, for Round 9 of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship. Reigning 450MX Champion Dylan Ferrandis returned to racing with enthusiasm and fought hard to finish seventh overall (4-10). Teammate Christian Craig overcame a crash during the opening practice session but soldiered on to line up and finish 10th (11-9).

Ferrandis Returns to Action at Unadilla
12 August 2022 Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Dylan Ferrandis will make his long-awaited return to the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship this weekend at the Unadilla National in New Berlin, New York. Returning with the 250 team to battle in front of the home crowd is rookie Nick Romano.

24 July 2022 Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Eli Tomac maintained his advantage in the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross 450MX Championship, taking a 1-2 moto score in a fierce battle at the Washougal MX Park. He ended the day second overall to earn his seventh-consecutive overall podium of 2022 and leaves Washougal, Washington, with the red plate. Teammate Christian Craig put in an impressive ride on a track that is difficult to make passes on and fought his way back from early race tip-overs to end the day fifth overall (6-5).

Tomac Takes Over Points Lead with Spring Creek Sweep
17 July 2022 Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Eli Tomac kept his win streak rolling at the Spring Creek National, scoring his seventh-consecutive moto victory to take over the top spot in the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross 450MX Championship. His teammate Christian Craig put in a great ride in Millville, Minnesota, to finish fourth overall with a 5-3 moto score.
