Deegan Breaks Through for First 250 Podium in Daytona
05 March 2023 Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Haiden Deegan rode to his first career 250SX podium finish at the fourth round of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross 250SX East Championship at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida. After being so close twice this season, the 17-year-old claimed third in the main event, moving up to third in the championship standings. Teammate Jordon Smith also rode strong on the unique track to finish a few seconds behind Deegan in fourth. Last weekend’s winner Nate Thrasher overcame a few mishaps in the main event to climb back from next to last to 10th.

Thrasher Tops 250SX East Podium in Arlington
26 February 2023 Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Nate Thrasher returned to the top step of the podium last night at the first Triple Crown of the season for the Monster Energy AMA Supercross 250SX East Championship at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The Tennessee rider notched a 2-2-3 score in the challenging conditions to take the first win of the season and advance his position in the title fight. His teammate Jordon Smith bounced back from a tough night in Tampa to take the runner-up spot with a 4-1-5 tally. Haiden Deegan came back from a tip-over in the first main event to finish his first-ever Triple Crown in eighth with a 15-5-4 result. Daxton Bennick rode a superb race to earn back-to-back victories in the Supercross 250SX Futures class.

Kitchen Charges Back to Fourth in Oakland
19 February 2023 Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Levi Kitchen came back from a difficult start to climb his way back to a fourth-place finish last night at the RingCentral Coliseum in Oakland, California. The Washington State rider made championship gains, breaking into the top five in the Monster Energy AMA Supercross 250SX West points standings before they head into the break. Unfortunately, his teammate Stilez Robertson had a big crash in qualifying and did not line up for the race.

Thrasher Bounces Back with Runner-Up Finish at Round 2
12 February 2023 Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Nate Thrasher came back swinging for Round 2 of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross 250SX East Championship and finished second last night at the Raymond James Stadium. Rookie Haiden Deegan continued to impress, scoring a second-consecutive fourth-place finish to leave Tampa, Florida, third in the point standings. Unfortunately, Jordon Smith was unable to finish the main event after a technical issue on the last lap, ultimately scoring 15th.

Smith Fights Back to Podium Finish at Opening Round
05 February 2023 Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Jordon Smith fought his way back to a third-place finish at last night’s opening round of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross 250SX East Championship in Houston, Texas. It was a great outing for the team as a whole, which also saw rookie Haiden Deegan ride to an impressive fourth-place finish at the NRG Stadium. Nate Thrasher also showed strength early on, but unfortunately, a couple of tip-overs in the sand section had him finishing 15th.
