Yamaha Motor Europe is pleased to announce that the Hutten Metaal Yamaha Official EMX250 Team has finalised their 2020 rider line up with the addition of Dave Kooiker, a 14-year-old Dutch prodigy who will start the season contesting the EMX125 series but with the goal of stepping up to EMX250 once he has gained experience aboard the Yamaha YZ250F.

Yamaha Motor Europe is pleased to announce that MJC Yamaha Official EMX125 Team will field an all-new, young and exciting three-rider line-up for the 2020 EMX125 Championship. The team has recruited Kay Karssemakers and Ivano Van Erp, two former Junior Motocross World Champions, who will be joined by the recently announced winner of the 2019 YZ125 bLU cRU FIM Europe Cup, Mairus Pumpurs.
Van de Ven & Papenmeier Secure Silver & Bronze Medals in 2019 WMX World Championship

No Fear Yamaha WMX's Nancy van de Ven finished as the runner-up in the 2019 WMX World Championship after landing on the third step of the podium at the fifth and final round in Afyon, Turkey. Fellow YZ250F star Larissa Papenmeier battled illness at the final round. She salvaged enough points for seventh overall, and left Turkey as the 2019 WMX World Championship bronze medalist.

Benistant Finishes Top-5 in Rookie EMX250 Season While Fernandez Impresses at Final Round

The eighth and final round of the EMX250 Championship in Uddevalla, Sweden, was as tightly contested as the opening round. MJC Yamaha's Thibault Benistant enjoyed a solid weekend of racing where he was able to secure a place inside the top-five in the Championship Overall in his rookie season, while SDM Corse Yamaha EMX250's Ruben Fernandez jumped up two positions to finish ninth in the final classification after missing three rounds of the series due to injury.
