Mickael Maschio wins 125 world title

KTM's Steve Ramon did all he could, but it was not enough on the spectacular and wide-spread Yakhroma track, to win the 125 title. Mickael Maschio had a shot at Motocross history - and didn´t let the opportunity slip through his hands.

The Kawasaki rider, that had a ten points margin, came home safe behind the KTMs of Ramon, Ben Townley and Marc de Reuver to take 18 valuable points, giving him his first 125 world championship.

Ramon´s win granted the Belgian like last year the #2 plate.

Same as two weeks ago in Loket, it was again Billy Mackenzie who had the honor of being the best Yamaha 125 of the day in ninth.
