Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MXGP Trio Battle Treacherous Conditions to Qualify for the Dutch Grand Prix in Valkenswaard

The first day of the Dutch Grand Prix, round two of the FIM Motocross World Championship, saw Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MXGP’s Jeremy Seewer, battle through tough conditions to finish seventh in the MXGP Qualifying Race.

Arnaud Tonus finished 11th after a poor start, while Gautier Paulin pulled a sensational holeshot and battled for the lead but encountered an unlucky problem that caused his YZ450FM to lose a significant amount of power. The Frenchman who was fourth in the Timed Practice session nursed his bike home to a 14th place finish.  Gates will drop for MXGP Race 1 at 13:15 followed by Race 2 at 16:10.
