Seewer Starts Swedish Grand Prix from Third as Elzinga Finishes Fifth

Seewer Starts Swedish Grand Prix from Third as Elzinga Qualifies Fifth

Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MXGP’s Jeremy Seewer showed good speed in qualifying at the 15th round of the FIM Motocross World Championship in Uddevalla, Sweden. The Yamaha ace powered his YZ450FM to a top-three start and maintained third position all the way to the flag.

At the same time, Maxime Renaux made his return from injury with an impressive 12th place finish, while Coldenhoff put in an insane charge through the pack to finish 11th after he was caught in a racing incident at turn-two.

In MX2, Rick Elzinga got off to a decent start, but was shuffled back to sixth while trying to find his flow. Despite facing arm-pump, the Dutchman kept fighting and eventually finished fifth position.
