This 12th edition will be just as in depth and educational as ever, with the young stars spending time working on bike skills using various models from Yamaha’s range, including the YZ250F and their usual YZF-R3 machines, and trying their hand at various different circuits and terrains. They will also receive advice from a personal trainer while at the FisioGym, and one-on-one coaching from Moto2 rider Manuel Gonzalaz, as well as learning how to increase their overall professionalism as they pursue a career in top level motorcycle racing.
The lucky six riders, all aged between 14 and 19, who will attend the Master Camp this year are made up of two European riders: Spain’s Marc Vich and Poland’s Dawid Nowak, and four ‘overseas’ riders: Eduardo Burr (Brazil), Shoma Yamane (Japan), Krittapat Keankum and Thurakij Buapa (both from Thailand). All these riders have already proved to have promising pace in the first two rounds of the R3 bLU cRU European Championship, with Burr and Vich placing on the podium.
News, images and updates will be provided across the Yamaha Racing channels during the training week.
