Krummenacher Rules the Roost in Assen

Randy Krummenacher will be looking to increase his 2019 win count to three in Assen tomorrow, as he starts a WorldSSP race from pole position for the first time this season. The championship leader and race winner in Australia and Aragon overcame cold and tricky conditions in this afternoon's Superpole qualifying to top the timesheet ahead of his Evan Bros. Bardahl Yamaha teammate, Federico Caricasulo.

Caricasulo is still looking for his first win of the season, having finished third in each of the three races so far and will start from P2 on the grid determined to deny his teammate his third win of the season.

GMT94 Yamaha Supported WorldSSP rider, Jules Cluzel, will start tomorrow from the second row of the grid, after qualifying in sixth position today, one place ahead of Kallio Racing Yamaha Supported WorldSSP rider, Thomas Gradinger, who was seventh. GMT94 Yamaha’s Corentin Perolari will start from one row further back in ninth.

Isaac Viñales heads up the fourth row of the grid after qualifying tenth, while his Kallio Racing Yamaha teammate, Loris Cresson, will start from 18th position on the grid.
