Top Five for Galang Hendra Pratama on Opening Day in Aragon

Semakin Di Depan Biblion Motoxracing rider, Galang Hendra Pratama, got the opening weekend of the 2019 WorldSSP300 season off to a flying start today in Aragon, with the young Indonesian rider posting a time of 2'08.552 to finish the day fifth on the timesheet.

Yamaha bLU cRU Challenge newcomer, Andy Verdoia, impressed with a time of 2’09.101 in this afternoon’s second free practice session, a time that was enough to secure the young Frenchman eighth place out of 52 riders.

Italian Jacopo Facco, teammate to Galang Hendra, was close behind in 11th position, with Finn de Bruin ending the day 24th overall.

Beatriz Neila narrowly was one position short of a place in the top 30 – only the top 30 riders after qualifying are guaranteed a place on the grid for Sunday race, the remainder have to battle it out for the final six grid slots in a ‘last chance’ race on Saturday afternoon.

Kevin Sabatucci ended the day in 35th position, but less than half a second from the top 30.
